I had a very positive experience at Ramada, particularly with the clean and comfortable King room I stayed in. The breakfast options were quite satisfying, offering a range of choices, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, allowing for an early check-in which helped me immensely during my busy work schedule. The convenience of being near major roads made my commuting effortless.

No significant issues, however some areas of the property appeared dated.

The hotel’s pool was a hit with my boys! They loved splashing around after a long day exploring San Antonio. Plus, we found mini-golf not far from the motel, which was a fun way to relax and bond as a family.

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast had more options for picky eaters.

Tammy provided exceptional service by quickly resolving our air conditioning issue, checking on us and ensuring we were satisfied with our new room. The quality of the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, including coffee, which helped start the day right. Unfortunately, outside noise and foot traffic were considerable, detracting from overall comfort during the stay.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. I appreciated the USB plugs by the bed. The continental breakfast featured a good variety of options. Staff were friendly and efficient. Restaurants were conveniently nearby. 🥐
